As a seasoned leader, Tracey brings broad-based experience in the fields of health, education, organizational change, and leadership development to her work at Safire Global providing organizational consultation and leadership coaching.
Her hands-on work as a nonprofit executive, collaborative leader, public sector executive, consultant, and systems coach gives her a unique perspective in her work with teams and organizations.
With Tracey’s experience working with organizations from start-ups to multi-sector collaboratives, she has been recognized as a highly skilled facilitator, community builder, coach, and strategist who successfully strengthens the capacity of organizations to lead into the future.

Leadership Journey
My leadership lessons have come in so many forms and were for the most part, unexpected. The greatest challenges gave me the opportunity to face my vulnerabilities, expand my range and lead in new ways.
Moments of failure taught me to lean into the present moment -- to be - so that I could pause, reflect, re-imagine, and see the new path ahead. I learned along the way the transformational power of leading from the Heart – trusting my team, honoring the collective intelligence present, embracing my gift for truth telling, and committing fully to what matters to me.
My leadership journey has awakened the conscious leader within me. Along the way I have come to know that being conscious of how we show up and lead has the power to transform our world from the inside out.
I am grateful for my guides along the way who have been some of the most talented, intelligent and wise individuals, teams and organizations. My journey now continues as a servant leader and guide to others through the work of Safire Global.
